Bill O’Meara is an entertainment industry professional with a background spanning live performance, concert production, artist bookings, business development, and event marketing. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bill serves in Business Development & Bookings for Spot-On Entertainment, a New York City–based concert production company nationally recognized for its Symphony Pops productions. In his role, Bill works closely with performing arts centers, symphony orchestras, presenters, and venues across the country to develop and book large-scale concert experiences featuring Broadway stars, Grammy Award-winning artists, and world-class musicians.

With years of experience building relationships throughout the entertainment and performing arts industry, Bill specializes in strategic networking, presenter relations, show development, and audience-focused programming. He has represented productions and artists at major industry conferences including the League of American Orchestras, APAP, Western Arts Alliance, MAX, and ArtsMarket, helping expand touring opportunities and partnerships nationwide. His work focuses on connecting artistic vision with practical business strategy to create concert experiences that are both creatively impactful and operationally successful for presenters and venues alike.

In addition to his work in bookings and production, Bill remains actively involved as a performer and arts advocate. He is a member and current Board Member of the Charlotte Master Chorale and is deeply engaged in the Charlotte arts community through entertainment planning, audience development, and live event production initiatives. Known for his relationship-driven approach, collaborative spirit, and passion for live entertainment, Bill continues to foster meaningful connections between artists, audiences, and organizations across the performing arts industry.
